Everybody meet Dan, KO4KEB, a brand new ham operator who obtained his technician license in 1 week from start of study to passing the exam. I have known Dan for a long time (since high school) and I have been pushing him to get it for years. It wasn’t until I told him about hamradioprep.com that he went through with it and passed his exam online remotely from his house and received his new callsign the next day. Now I am going to get him using the IC705 QRP to make a couple contacts, and ask him to explain some details about getting his license such as the online testing procedure and how the studying helped him pass.
