Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
2. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planning and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
3. Budgeting and Cost Management: Oversee the budgeting process, monitor actual performance against budgets, and implement measures to control costs and improve profitability.
4. Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
5. Tax Planning and Compliance: Manage all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting, while minimizing tax liabilities within legal boundaries.
6. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity, develop strategies to optimize working capital, and ensure availability of funds for operational needs.
7. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
8. Capital Structure and Financing: Assess and optimize the company’s capital structure, evaluate financing options, and manage relationships with financial institutions.
9. Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough ROI (Return on Investment) calculations and financial analysis for potential investments, projects, or acquisitions.
10. Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in bookkeeping, taxes, cutting expenses, and ROIC calculations.
• Extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
